Data Subject’s Consent to Personal Data Processing
I (hereinafter, the “Data Subject”) hereby consent to the processing of my personal data by the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization for Nuclear Inform Centers Development “Energy of the Future” (ANO Energy of the Future), Primary State Registration Number (OGRN) 1167700063300, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) 7726385219, with its registered office at: 3 Varshavskoye Highway, Moscow 117105, Russia (hereinafter, the “Operator”), on the terms set out below (hereinafter, the “Consent”).
The Data Subject gives this Consent by ticking the relevant box or selecting the relevant symbol when registering on the Operator’s website at myfuture.energy or on any of its individual pages, or by taking any other action provided for in the Personal Data Processing Policy (Privacy Policy) of ANO Energy of the Future available at myfuture.energy.
I, the Data Subject, act freely, of my own volition and in my own interests, confirm that I have legal capacity, and give the Operator my specific, informed and unambiguous Consent to process my personal data on the following terms:
Personal data covered by this Consent
I consent to the Operator processing the following personal data, none of which falls within a special category or constitutes biometric data:
- surname, first name, patronymic and sex;
- email address;
- contact details (mobile and/or landline telephone number);
Purposes of personal data processing
The Data Subject consents to the processing of personal data for the following purposes:
- identifying the Data Subject;
- analysing the Data Subject’s interests and conducting surveys of the Data Subject;
- ensuring the proper operation of the Operator’s website.
Methods of processing
For the purposes of this Consent, the Operator’s processing of personal data means any action or set of actions involving personal data, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating or amendment), retrieval, use, transfer (provision or access), dissemination, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction. The Data Subject acknowledges that personal data may be processed using automated means or without such means. The Operator processes personal data using databases located in the Russian Federation.
Withdrawal of Consent
The Data Subject or their representative may withdraw this Consent by sending a written statement to the Operator at the address specified in this Consent or an email to info@myfuture.energy. If the Data Subject or their representative withdraws Consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator must cease processing the personal data and destroy it within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receiving the withdrawal, unless otherwise provided by an agreement to which the Data Subject is a party, beneficiary or guarantor, by another agreement between the Operator and the Data Subject, or where the Operator is entitled to process the personal data without the Data Subject’s consent on grounds provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation.
Term of Consent
This Consent remains valid until it is withdrawn in the manner provided for by this Consent and/or applicable law.
Confirmation of age
By giving this Consent, the Data Subject confirms that they are at least 18 years of age.
